Chamalee Semasinghe is an Attorney-at-Law, Registered Company Secretary, Registered IP Agent, and Notary Public licensed to practice in Colombo, Sri Lanka. She specializes in business law, intellectual property law, tax law, and contract law. After graduating with an LL.B from the University of Colombo, she began her career as a practicing attorney, with a focus on civil law and contract litigation.

She helps software startups, creators, e-commerce businesses, and small to mid-sized businesses in Sri Lanka and overseas with company incorporation, trademark and patent registration, drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts, and helping them stay compliant with multi-state requirements in the global marketplace.
