Our refund policy is in addition to your rights as set out in the Retainer Agreement signed at the start of our engagement.

Please note that any refund is at the sole discretion of Counselit. We reserve the right to issue refunds only in cases where the payment was made in error, or where services were not delivered as agreed or shipped products such as a company seal/director seal was delivered defective or incorrectly.

All refunds will be processed as soon as your original payment has cleared in our account. This can take 3-5 working days.

In the event that any payment is to be refunded, Counselit (PVT) LTD will endeavour to make the refund payment back to the original payment method (credit/debit card) from where the payment was made. If for any reason the payment cannot be made to the originating card for reasons outside the Firm’s control a bank transfer or cash deposit refund will be made to the cardholder.

Shipped products

We only accept returns for shipped products (such as company or director seals) if the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly shipped. Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. If approved, you may choose a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Time-based services already rendered
• Government filing fees, taxes, or third-party charges
• Custom legal work prepared specifically for your business
• Downloadable or delivered digital documents

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong seal or the item arrived damaged), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We may either arrange a pickup or reimburse you for the return shipping cost upon receipt of the item and proof of payment.

Processing Time

Refunds and returns will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item or confirming eligibility. Please note that your card issuer or bank may take additional time to credit the amount back to your account.
